About the Role
Join Kaiser Permanente as a Inpatient Pharmacist – Hospital Pharmacy in United States. Job Summary: Under indirect supervision consults with patients and medical personnel regarding medication therapy. Dispenses compounds, procures, stores, and distributes pharmacy products.
Key Responsibilities
- Interviews patients to obtain information regarding medication use, medication allergies and sensitivities.
- Documents the information in the patients electronic medical record and other systems as appropriate.
Requirements
