Referral Specialist Lead - USFTGP Physician Services Genesis Clinic

This role leads and supervises referral management activities, including scheduling, registration, and communication between patients, physicians, and the practice plan to ensure high customer service standards. The lead is responsible for implementing referral services processes, staffing models, and technology to meet business objectives and improve efficiencies.

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of experience as a Referral Specialist. Completion of an approved medical terminology certification or course is also required.
