Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Tech provides direct care, guidance, and supervision to residents in a group home setting, including implementing living skills training and documenting progress. They are also responsible for maintaining a safe environment, administering medication, and assisting with daily activities like meal preparation.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with an excellent 5-year driving record. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to obtain certifications in CPR, MAC, and CPI are required.
