About the Role

Join Tel Hai Retirement Community as a Social Worker – Part-Time, Retirement Community in United States. This is a part time position working 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

include but are not limited to: Acts as the family/Responsible Party liaison to team members and service plan implementation.

Assists residents with the transition into Personal Care and to different levels of service.

Assists residents and families with financial concerns and with applying for.

Requirements

Social Worker Qualifications: Degree in Social Work required.

Experience in long-term care or geriatrics is preferred.

Ability to deal professionally and tactfully with personnel, family members, residents, visitors, and the general public.

Must be able to work collaboratively with other staff and independently to formulate case management plans.
