Key Responsibilities

• time Lead Counselors to work the Summer Day Camp Season. Lead Counselors assist the Program Director oversee the daily functions of the Summer Day Camp for their assigned group(s).

• Connect: Have a warm, engaging, and friendly demeanor that is able to connect quickly with program participants, parents, and supervisors.

• Nurture: Actively engage with and provide quality care for program participants in order to deliver a quality childcare experience.

• Lead: Good communication, accounting, and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 3 Years of Higher Education or the equivalent is Preferred.

• Excellent communication, supervisory, and organizational skills.

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $15.75/hr.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.

• No weekends required.
