Key Responsibilities

time Lead Counselors to work the Summer Day Camp Season. Lead Counselors assist the Program Director oversee the daily functions of the Summer Day Camp for their assigned group(s).

Connect: Have a warm, engaging, and friendly demeanor that is able to connect quickly with program participants, parents, and supervisors.

Nurture: Actively engage with and provide quality care for program participants in order to deliver a quality childcare experience.

Lead: Good communication, accounting, and organizational skills.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

3 Years of Higher Education or the equivalent is Preferred.

Excellent communication, supervisory, and organizational skills.

Benefits & Compensation

Hourly rate: $15.75/hr.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

No weekends required.
