Key Responsibilities

will be contacting undeveloped leads through cold calling, emailing and social media.

Partner with operations leaders, practice partners, and the Seeker team to ensure timely and successful hires.

Develop creative sourcing strategies and nurture candidate relationships from first outreach to signed agreement.

Provide updates and reporting on team activity, candidate pipelines, and market insights to leadership.

Requirements

Advanced Excel Ability to leverage social media and networking ability Demonstrated ability to manage high

volume recruiting without sacrificing relationship quality. Polished presence, business acumen, and ability to represent the organization credibly. Travel 10

20% when required Additional Information Job Type: Full

SF1 Experience: 7+ years physician recruiting/supervisory experience (Required) Education: Bachelors Degree (Required)
