Key Responsibilities
- will be contacting undeveloped leads through cold calling, emailing and social media.
- Partner with operations leaders, practice partners, and the Seeker team to ensure timely and successful hires.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies and nurture candidate relationships from first outreach to signed agreement.
- Provide updates and reporting on team activity, candidate pipelines, and market insights to leadership.
Requirements
- Advanced Excel Ability to leverage social media and networking ability Demonstrated ability to manage high
- volume recruiting without sacrificing relationship quality. Polished presence, business acumen, and ability to represent the organization credibly. Travel 10
