Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Educate patients and caregivers while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Requires an active Physical Therapist license and a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Candidates must have at least one year of experience, a valid driver's license, and current BLS/CPR certification.
