Key Responsibilities

• The Health & Wellness Director is a Registered Nurse that is responsible for the overall supervision of the health and wellness department and services.

• Initiates workers’ compensation documentation and maintains secondary OSHA logs. Performs follow

• up check on workers’ compensation cases.

• Performs physical and emotional wellness assessments. Establishes individualized student health and wellness plans according to protocol outlined in the center’s Health Standing Orders.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license to practice in state of Georgia; minimum of an Associates degree in nursing

• Prefer three years of experience as a practicing nurse, one of which was in a lead or supervisory capacity.

• Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug

• Free Workplace policy.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range: $85,000 to $92,000 annually.

• PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.
