The Pharmacist Staff provides safe and effective medication therapy to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role also requires ensuring the completion and documentation of all work, including that performed by technicians.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and hold a current Oklahoma Pharmacy license, along with completing 15 hours of approved continuing education annually. Previous Home Health experience is preferred, and some locations may require a valid Oklahoma State Driver's License.
