The Behavioral Health Technician provides direct personal care and supervision to patients in an inpatient setting while ensuring a safe and supportive environment. They are responsible for documenting clinical information, facilitating therapeutic groups, and assisting patients with activities of daily living.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card. Six months of experience working with the relevant population is preferred, along with required certifications in CPR and de-escalation.
