Job Description

About the Role

Aspire Living & Learning seeks a Behavior Therapist to work in their Approved Private Special Education Program (ALL Academy) in Trumbull, Connecticut. The role supports children with social, behavioral, and academic needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement educational and behavioral programs under guidance of Special Education Teachers and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Collaborate with School Psychologists, Speech and Language Pathologists, and Occupational/Physical Therapists

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience working with children with disabilities
  • ABA experience preferred

  • Salary range $36,000-$46,000 per year
