About the Role

Join UPMC as a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist – Hematology/Oncology in United States. Join our team as a Full-Time Clinical Pharmacist Specialist! This position will work primarily day shifts, with some evening rotations required, supporting the 9B and 9C Hematology/Oncology Teams.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a B.S. or PharmD degree from an ACPE accredited college and possess a current pharmacist license. The role requires completion of an ASHP accredited PGY-2 residency or equivalent clinical pharmacy experience in a specialized area.
