This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Starting Salary Range: * $70,000-$92,500 annually.

Key Responsibilities

Provide school-based counseling services to Laradon students in one on one and group settings.

Develop and implement affective education student groups.

Collaborate with student families, school, and district teams in the development of Individual Education Program (IEP) goals and behavior intervention plans (BIP).

Administer, score, and interpret social emotional/behavioral assessments and gather developmental histories for IEPs.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's in Social Work, including coursework in special education law and behavior intervention, along with a current Colorado Department of Education License for Special Service Provider, School Social Worker. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential and three years of treatment-oriented experience are required, preferably supporting children with special needs.
