About the Role

Join Grace Health as a Behavioral Health Clinician (LPCA/LPCC/CSW/LCSW) in United States. Provide behavioral health consultation to children, adolescents, adults and families in order to improve psychosocial functioning. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of behavioral health clients.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of behavioral health clients.

Provide effective treatment planning and assisting clients in successfully achieving goals.

Evaluate crisis situations and apply appropriate interventions.

Actively participate in meetings that support Grace CHC’s integrated health care model to provide comprehensive care for clients.

Requirements

Adhere to post Master’s requirements regarding supervision and practice; ethical guidelines, and board approved practice regulations.
