Key Responsibilities

Assess and diagnose patients with chronic pain conditions, including musculoskeletal, neuropathic, and other pain syndromes.
Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and evolving needs.
Stay current with advancements in interventional pain management techniques and technologies.
Provide education and counseling to patients regarding their pain conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documentation of procedures, progress notes, and treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including HIPAA, and maintain high standards of patient care and safety.

Requirements

Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation - Physiatry.
Active and unrestricted DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
