About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a full-time RN Pediatric Nurse Manager for its Cranford, New Jersey office. Lead and inspire a team providing skilled nursing care to adult and pediatric clients throughout Union County.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate nursing staff.
• Visit adult and pediatric clients and conduct assessments.
• Develop and oversee care plans.
• Supervise RNs and LPNs in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and conduct competencies.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Homecare experience a plus.
• Trach/vent experience or interest in learning.

Work Schedule
