Key Responsibilities

The Medical Director provides direct patient care while leading the clinic's medical model and collaborating with staff to ensure optimal clinical outcomes. They are also responsible for managing clinicians, overseeing clinic operations, and maintaining relationships with clients and payers.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted medical license and a DEA license, with board certification or eligibility in an ABMS or AOA recognized specialty preferred. Experience in occupational health and leadership within a clinical setting is highly valued.
