Speech Language Pathologist, Home Health

This Speech Language Pathologist role offers part-time or per diem home health visits in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, serving adult and geriatric patients throughout Atlantic County. You will perform evaluations and provide therapeutic interventions for speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties.

You will develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders, educate patients and families, and document care using electronic medical records. A current NJ license and ASHA certification or equivalent experience are required.
