About the Role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a part-time Speech Language Pathologist serving adult and geriatric patients in their homes on the Big Island of Hawaii. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing skilled nursing and rehabilitative care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care.
• Document care using electronic medical records.

Requirements

• Current Hawaii license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Minimum one year of experience.
