About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for home health visits in Carbon County, PA. This role requires at least 2 days per week availability during business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to assess and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.
• Educate patients and families.
• Document care using electronic medical records.

Requirements

• Current PA license as Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of clinical competence or equivalent education and experience.
• Solid computer skills.
