Requirements

• The Pharmacist demonstrates ability to identify, assess and report adverse events The Pharmacist demonstrates competency in reviewing the patient profile to assess appropriateness of therapy.

• The Pharmacist provides training, guidance, and direct supervision to pharmacy interns and technicians, and other team members throughout the course of their work and monitoring their performance.

• The Pharmacist demonstrates ability to complete required Pharmacy training and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of training.
