Key Responsibilities

The provider will serve as the primary clinician for a defined patient panel, delivering longitudinal primary care including preventive, chronic, and acute services. They will also perform in-office procedures and manage patient records while collaborating with a medical assistant and physician.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active, unencumbered Texas license as an APRN-FNP or PA with at least 2 years of post-graduate experience in family or primary care. Proficiency in hands-on procedures and experience managing patients across the lifespan are required.
