• Provide clinical services consistent with professional licensure.

• Collaborate with clinic administrative leadership in performance coaching and disciplinary process as needed Support EAP and BHC team in meeting scheduling and productivity goals and measures.

• Support leadership and team in developing and achieving meaningful metrics and goals for positive patient outcomes.
