Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to children with behavioral, developmental, and emotional challenges.
- Complete diagnostic assessments within 72 hours of intake; reassess every 6 months.
- Develop and update treatment plans based on measurable clinical goals (initial plan due within 14 days, updated every 90 days).

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards as well as RCSA’s internal policies and procedures.
- Make recommendations for program and treatment model improvements.
- Report to the Treatment Director (or other administrative team member) as necessary regarding support services, personal issues, fiscal considerations, etc.
