About the Role

Join EmpowerMe Wellness as a Nurse Practitioner in United States.

Key Responsibilities

As a Nurse Practitioner you will be responsible for patient care within the community to include: Perform initial examinations, including physical exams and patient observations.

Diagnose and treats physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs patients.

Plans and implements individualized medical plans of care with respect to patient needs, reimbursement restrictions, and available resources.

Provide education and treatment for chronic health concerns with a focus on incontinence, dementia, mobility, depression, constipation, nutritional issues, dehydration, and cognitive impairments.
