About the Role

  • Provides immediate crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.

Requirements

  • Supports the planning and implementation of youth development and engagement activities in the community, including the ongoing development of the Youth Action Board.
  • Participates in team meetings, required trainings, and collaborative outreach efforts.
  • Works flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to effectively reach youth where and when they are most accessible.
  • Job Requirements Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior youth work experience preferred.
