The Registered Nurse is responsible for the full nursing process, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care delivery while assuming accountability for delegating tasks to the healthcare team. This role involves comprehensive patient care, proactive communication regarding patient status and discharge plans, and thorough documentation of assessments and interventions.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a BSN or BS/BA degree in Nursing and hold a current Pennsylvania state RN license, along with required BCLS certification, which can be obtained by orientation completion. ACLS certification is also required or obtainable by orientation completion if applicable to the area of practice, and prior clinical experience is preferred.
