Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily clinical operations of the physician practice.

• Supervise and support clinical staff including CMA, LPN, and RN team members.

• Coordinate staff scheduling, PTO management, and timekeeping review.

• Lead onboarding, training, mentoring, and ongoing staff development initiatives.

Requirements

• Partner with providers to support:

• Electronic Health Record (EHR) workflows

• Quality metrics and reporting

• Value-based care initiatives

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range: $50,000 to $75,000 annually.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
