Key Responsibilities

The Office Assistant prepares patients for examinations by obtaining vital signs and documenting medical history while assisting providers with clinical tasks. They also perform diagnostic tests, manage clinical supplies, and handle front desk duties such as patient registration and scheduling.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and be a graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program. Current certification as a Medical Assistant and BLS certification are required for the role.
