-; communicating patient safety concerns and pertinent patient information to unit nursing staff and documenting all necessary information.

• Knows and understands the assessment and referral call system procedure.

• Follows Intake call sheet to resolution.

• Knows the Hospital services and is able to answer general service information questions, including admission and exclusion criteria.
