Key Responsibilities

The provider will cover patient panels for other providers during disability, FMLA, or vacation time. Responsibilities include providing health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses for patients of all ages.

Requirements

Applicants must be a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a current New York State license. New graduates are eligible and will participate in an Advance Practice Residency Program.
