Requirements

• * Must be a licensed Therapist who is a graduate of an ACOTE accredited school.
• * Must have a valid Indiana Operator's license and be able to travel
• * Proven experience in resident care, including assessment and treatment
• * Experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation therapy settings.
• * Certification in specialized therapeutic techniques or modalities.
