Join Community Hospital Fairfax as a CLINIC NURSE PRACTITIONER in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Administers and performs age

appropriate patient assessment in accordance with the applicable patient type.

Evaluates patient utilizing the guidelines of approved resources.

Consults with the physician as needed or practices as per guidelines and within the scope of position. 2. Evaluates, diagnoses, and provide appropriate treatment for health problems of patients.

Requirements

Ensures that documentation reflects information needed to complete coding and billing processes of professional services. 7. Promotes and ensures patient safety in all aspects of responsibilities.

Follows procedures and protocol to ensure safe administration of medications and monitoring for adverse effects.

Follows procedures for maintaining records for medication dispensing, controlled substance administration, wasting, and accountability records.

Utilizes proper body mechanics, transfer//lifting techniques to minimize fall risk to patient and injury to self.
