• must be renewed every two years and maintained in good standing Experience Hospital pharmacy experience preferred Experience with clinical pharmacy practice, distributive services, and patient care strongly desired Essential Functions The Clinical Pharmacist will be expected to: Demonstrate understanding of safety, emergency, and risk management procedures Uphold the mission, values, policies, and procedures of Orlando Health and the Pharmacy Department Perform general pharmacy department duties in support of patient care Identify and utilize appropriate resources and interdisciplinary partners to support customer service and clinical outcomes Safely operate pharmacy equipment in accordance with operating instructions and safety regulations Dispense medications and intravenous fluids using the medication dispensing system, following scientific principles and organizational policy Accurately document clinical and dispensing activities in designated systems and forms Demonstrate proficiency with pharmacy and hospital computer systems Develop and maintain competency in all areas of health‑system pharmacy practice, including: Pharmacotherapy Patient care Distributive services Drug information Practice management Plan, organize, implement, and monitor pharmaceutical care plans Perform clinical responsibilities as applicable to the site, including: Pharmacotherapy consultations Pharmacokinetics consultations TPN initiation and monitoring Evaluate and address clinical alerts identified by CHR (e.

Work Schedule
