About the Role

Join Summit BHC as a Registered Nurse - Full Time - Days in United States. Registered Nurse - Full Time - Days | Miramont Behavioral Health | Middleton, Wisconsin About the Job: 12 Hour Shifts (7AM - 7PM) - 3 shifts per week - Every 3rd Weekend $50/hr. - $60/hr.

Key Responsibilities

Assesses patient’s status on an ongoing basis and pertinent information gathered is documented.

Ensures nursing treatment plans are specific to assessed needs and initial treatment plan is completed upon admission.

Takes physician’s orders (verbal or via telephone) accurately and documents appropriately; transcribes and reviews physician’s orders.

Requirements

Graduation from an approved/accredited school of nursing.

One or more years’ nursing experience within clinical area of service provided by facility preferred.

Experience in behavioral health/psychiatric/addiction recovery environment preferred.

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS: Valid current RN license from the state or from a compact state, where applicable.

Salary: $50 - $60/hr

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Day shift only - no nights.
