About the Role

The Occupational Therapist I provides evaluation and treatment within legal and professional guidelines at Franciscan Health Crown Point, Indiana. This PRN position involves instructing assistants and aides and improving patient functional mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement plans of care.
• Provide treatment to improve activities of daily living and mobility.
• Document care and participate in quality improvement.
• Instruct and direct Occupational Therapist Assistants and aides.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree from accredited program.
• Valid license or temporary permit for Indiana.
• Experienced and new graduate Occupational Therapists eligible.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a team.
