Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for pediatric patients requiring direct observation. Collaborate with the nursing and medical teams to implement established behavioral plans and provide basic patient care.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the AHA is preferred, and experience in a psychiatric unit is desired.
