Key Responsibilities

• provide virtual individual cognitive assessment & care plan services.

• Develop and document personalized care plans based on assessment results.

• provide a comprehensive approach to cognitive care.

Requirements

• proven experience working with older adults with cognitive impairment concerns.

• The role includes interpreting test results, formulating care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to support patients experiencing cognitive concerns.

• This is a remote position.

• Your Role: Interpret cognitive assessment tests remotely for Medicare-eligible individuals.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $120-$130/hr
