Join South Central Regional Medical Center as a Licensed Master Social Worker – Home Health/Hospice in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Establish, implement, and manage individualized plans of care for patients and families.

Perform biopsychosocial assessments, suicide risk evaluations, and crisis intervention counseling.

Provide individual, family, group, and marital therapy services as indicated.

Facilitate discharge planning and community referrals to support continuity of care.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a Council on Social Work Education

accredited program.

Current licensure by the State of Mississippi.

Board certified, credentialed, or eligible for credentialing in social work.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Call responsibilities required.
