About the Role
Join South Central Regional Medical Center as a Licensed Master Social Worker – Home Health/Hospice in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, implement, and manage individualized plans of care for patients and families.
- Perform biopsychosocial assessments, suicide risk evaluations, and crisis intervention counseling.
- Provide individual, family, group, and marital therapy services as indicated.
- Facilitate discharge planning and community referrals to support continuity of care.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a Council on Social Work Education
- accredited program.
- Current licensure by the State of Mississippi.
- Board certified, credentialed, or eligible for credentialing in social work.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Call responsibilities required.
