The Pharmacist demonstrates ability to identify, assess and report adverse events The Pharmacist demonstrates competency in reviewing the patient profile to assess appropriateness of therapy.

The Pharmacist provides training, guidance, and direct supervision to pharmacy interns and technicians, and other team members throughout the course of their work and monitoring their performance.
