About the Role

Join Esperanza Health Center as a Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor – M-F Schedule in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Directly supervises team of BHCs at all 3 sites as clinically appropriate. Responsible for evaluating performance of BHCs.

Collaborates with HR and the department director to oversee recruiting, hiring and training of new BHCs

Directs the Coordinator to approve scheduling, paid time off, and time reporting issues.

Participates in strategic planning and vision casting for the Behavioral Health Department and in collaboration with the Behavioral Health Director.

Requirements

Participates in departmental meetings and clinic meetings as required.

Work Schedule
