Rehab Director - Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Cota) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Key Responsibilities

The Rehab Director will manage clinical therapy staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality patient care in compliance with regulatory standards. They are also responsible for program development, marketing efforts, and maintaining effective communication with patients, families, and stakeholders.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in a relevant therapy discipline and possess valid state licensure as a PTA or COTA. A minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation is required, with preference given to those with prior supervisory or management experience.
