Key Responsibilities

A day in the life of an Assistant Regional Practice Administrator at Hackensack Meridian Health includes: Provides effective leadership to practice managers to accomplish objectives.

Maintains effective working relationships with Practice Managers and physicians.

Ensures that managers are fully engaged in maximizing patient and staff satisfaction and financial performance of the practice.

Plans effective and efficient use of physical, financial, and human resources in assigned areas.

Requirements

including licenses, malpractice insurance, hospital privileges, and participation agreements.

Other duties and/or projects as assigned.

Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.

Qualifications Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Bachelor`s degree or Associates degree and five years Practice Management medical office experience in multiple practice locations.
