Key Responsibilities

include, but may not be limited to: Developing a plan of treatment that encompasses treatment modalities, frequency of visits, expected outcomes and addresses short- and long-term goals.

Implements the plan of treatment under physician direction and in collaboration with agency professional personnel.

Observes records and reports to the physician and program personnel the patients' reaction and treatment and any changes.
