Join Human Performance and Rehabilitation Centers as a Occupational Therapist – $75K-$105K, Up to $15K Sign-On in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs documentation in a manner that is legible, accurate, timely, and according to departmental policy, including evaluations, tests, progress notes, daily treatment notes patient/family.
- Communicates patient's evaluation and subsequent progress to physician and other referral sources in a timely fashion.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelor of Science, Master's Certificate, or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Two years of experience in Hand therapy preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Occupational therapy licensure in the state of Georgia.
- Knowledge of practice management and word processing software CHT credential preferred (or sitting for it within the next year).

- Salary: $75K - $105K
