About the Role

Join Human Performance and Rehabilitation Centers as a Occupational Therapist – $75K-$105K, Up to $15K Sign-On in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Performs documentation in a manner that is legible, accurate, timely, and according to departmental policy, including evaluations, tests, progress notes, daily treatment notes patient/family.

Communicates patient's evaluation and subsequent progress to physician and other referral sources in a timely fashion.

Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor of Science, Master's Certificate, or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

Two years of experience in Hand therapy preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Occupational therapy licensure in the state of Georgia.

Knowledge of practice management and word processing software CHT credential preferred (or sitting for it within the next year).

Salary: $75K - $105K

Signing bonus: $15,000.
