Requirements

  • Education and Certification DO/MD from an accredited institution.
  • Board certified in Internal Medicine (AOA or ABMS).
  • Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted medical license in the State of Utah.
  • Experience Minimum of three years of clinical experience in internal medicine or a related subspecialty.
