Requirements

Education and Certification DO/MD from an accredited institution.

Board certified in Internal Medicine (AOA or ABMS).

Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted medical license in the State of Utah.

Experience Minimum of three years of clinical experience in internal medicine or a related subspecialty.
