Requirements

  • Doctorate of Pharmacy or, Bachelor's Degree
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy. Washington Pharmacist License upon hire. When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license. Where applicable Basic Life Support
  • Provider (BLS) upon hire. Preferred Qualifications: Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience Completion of ASHP
