About the Role

Join YMCA of Central Texas as a ChildWatch Counselor – YMCA Child Care in United States. The Greater Waco YMCA is seeking an energetic, responsible, team- oriented individual to provide a fun and safe atmosphere in our ChildWatch area for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. We are offering a $260 bonus for new employees!

Key Responsibilities

Nurtures children through purposeful activities dedicated to building relationships with each child.

Supervise children in the Child Watch classroom, game room and all activities appropriately.

Follows all procedures and standards for maintaining a safe environment.
