Key Responsibilities

The Community Residence Counselor provides direct patient care and supports the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the Program Manager. Responsibilities include assisting with daily routines, monitoring patient status, documenting care, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. One year of patient care or psychiatric experience is preferred, along with Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification.
