Key Responsibilities

This dual-role position involves leading program operations and supervising mental health staff while maintaining a reduced clinical caseload of youth clients. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring program structure, safety, and the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services to at-risk youth.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field and meet Associate-level Mental Health Counselor requirements. At least one year of behavioral health experience and demonstrated leadership ability are required.
